Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING:

Our orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). We ship to all states within Australia. 

Our online store has been robustly designed to notify you of the shipping fee at check out based weight or dimension and carrier-based shipping methods. If an order is returned to us as "undeliverable" actual outgoing delivery shipping rate will be deducted from the original order's total cost.   

RETURNS:

We strive to provide customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your order you can contact us at info@sholafood.com.au OR (+61) 421 431 806 to discuss. Requests must be made within 6 hours of rreceiving your order. Due to the nature of grocery items returns are limited. 

If you have any questions contact us to verify your items are returnable / refundable. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items affected by heat in extreme weather. 

If your order meets our return policy criteria, you can return it. Just get in touch with our customer service within 6 hours of receiving your order to start the process.
